The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and carrying out pre and post inspections on contractors' electrical and other associated domestic/communal works.
  • Responding to technical queries in relation to responsive repairs, EICR’s and other electrical and security services.
  • Managing, validating and monitoring the council's compliance service and cyclical testing documentation records across the council’s housing assets ensuring it complies with all statutory regulations, approved Codes of Practice (ACOP), official guidance standards and best practice.
  • Ensuring the performance management system is followed to achieve effective compliance to agreed KPI’s for each contract.
  • Coordinating all electrical contracts to support the electrical compliance manager.
