Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, attend, and provide administrative support for a range of partnership Board meetings and internal/external meetings, including Safeguarding Adults Reviews and High-Risk Forums (e.g., Channel Panel, Complex Multi-Agency Safeguarding Cases).
- Take accurate minutes and maintain records for meetings involving sensitive safeguarding information (adults and children).
- Process invoices and maintain financial records.
- Draft and distribute newsletters to stakeholders.
- Manage and update the Board's social media channels and webpages to ensure timely and relevant communication.
