The successful candidate will report to a Disrepair Manager within a busy and high-profile Disrepair Team. They will be:
- Surveying properties
- Specifying disrepair works
- Raising orders to contractors
- Project managing disrepair works from commencement to completion
- Undertaking pre-inspections, works in progress inspections, and post-inspections
- Managing contractors and monitoring their performance
