Disposal Surveyor needed in Bradford Paying £323.82 per day ref 5308318 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Disposals and Acquisitions Lead the disposal of surplus land and property assets through sale, lease, transfer or redevelopment opportunities. Manage property acquisition projects to support service delivery, regeneration and investment objectives. Prepare property disposal strategies and recommendations for senior management and elected members. Negotiate terms and conditions for property transactions to secure best value outcomes. Valuation and Estates Management Undertake valuations for disposals, acquisitions, leasing and asset management purposes. Provide professional advice on market values, rental assessments and property transactions. Manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are utilised effectively and generate optimum value.
