The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Experience in administering DFG’s and interpreting recommendations provided by an Occupational Therapist A knowledge of building construction and ability to draw up a schedule of works required for a disabled facility grant based on an inspection Experience of carrying out financial means test assessments A knowledge of the Housing, Grants Construction and Regeneration Act which governs the process of DFG’s Experience of surveying residential properties and preparing specifications, drawings, and schedules of work A strong understanding of building construction, building regulations, and health safety Experience of managing adaptation or improvement projects, ideally including Disabled Facilities Grants If you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV to quoting the reference number.
