Housing Officer (Hybrid) needed in Barnstaple, £24.40ph PAYE – Reference: 5294183. This role is working on a hybrid basis 2/3 days in the office and then remote per week; the candidate will need to be flexible. Ideally local and have access to their vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide timely high quality frontline housing related advice and assistance in order to maximise our customers’ housing opportunities.
  • You will take action to prevent homelessness occurring, using the Client agreed prevention policies.
  • You will investigate and make decisions in all aspects of homelessness applications.

Contract and Details

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
