Overview
Damp & Mould Service Coordinator needed in West London. This is a temporary contract paying £21.52ph Umbrella.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for driving continuous improvement in the delivery of damp and mould works; they will ensure lessons learned from operational delivery are embedded into daily practices and will provide vital administrative support to the damp and mould team. This will include the allocation, monitoring and reporting of written and electronic correspondence and performance across the service and will represent at various types of resident engagement meetings, providing updates, responding to scrutiny, and ensuring transparent communication.
