Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void properties.
- Complete testing, inspection, and certification in accordance with current regulations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work meets NICEIC, BS7671, and organisational compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed using mobile working devices.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with tenants.
- Participate in out‑of‑hours rota (if applicable).
- Work effectively as part of a multi‑trade DLO team.
