Business Officer needed in Crewe Paying £14.82 per hr ref 5285815. Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise, attend, and provide administrative support for a range of partnership Board meetings and internal/external meetings, including:
  • Safeguarding Adults Reviews
  • High-Risk Forums (e.g., Channel Panel, Complex Multi-Agency Safeguarding Cases)
  • Take accurate minutes and maintain records for meetings involving sensitive safeguarding information (adults and children).
  • Process invoices and maintain financial records.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters to stakeholders.
  • Manage and update the Board's social media channels and webpages to ensure timely and relevant communication.
