Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on and draft contracts for goods, services, and complex projects in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Manage a varied caseload including frameworks, call-off contracts, bespoke drafting, and concession agreements.
  • Provide legal support on public health contracts, grant funding agreements, and subsidy control.
  • Offer general contractual advice and contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support and supervise Paralegals and Legal Assistants as needed.
