Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage data and compliance records alongside requests from tenants and contractors via phone and email, determine timescales, schedule works and liaise with contractors for the work to be undertaken. Other duties include the maintenance of compliance records, analysis of datasets and processing of invoices.
