Commercial property solicitor required from 28th July for up to 3 months. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background and experience acting for local authorities in both freehold and leasehold land transactions and be capable of managing a busy case list.
The work will include handling land disposals, some acquisitions, advising on commercial landlord and tenant cases which may be linked to school sites and vesting declarations.
The role is hybrid; occasional office attendance will be required for tasks such as managing legal completions and inspecting deeds. We are flexible with working patterns and hours, but a minimum of 25 hours per week over 5 days (including Monday) is preferred. This is a part-time role on a temporary contract basis.
