Commercial Lawyer needed in Barry Paying £65 per hr ref OR105847 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of social care and public health contracts and related commercial agreements.
Provide expert legal advice on commissioning arrangements, procurement processes and contractual risk management.
Advise on the legal regimes governing social care and public health services, including relevant procurement legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Support complex procurement exercises from strategy development through to contract award and implementation.
Advise senior stakeholders on legal, commercial and operational risks.
Conduct and oversee litigation where required.
Develop and maintain contract templates, procedures and best practice guidance.
Work collaboratively with commissioning, procurement and operational teams to achieve organisational objectives.
