Clerical Officer needed in Plymouth, £12.85ph PAYE – Reference: RQ

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to support the Business Support Team within our Families First Service.

In order to undertake this role, you will ideally have the following:

• GCSE Grade A*-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths and English.

• A willingness to undertake appropriate learning and development as required.

The Role requires the candidate to search through a variety of different systems to identify families, summarise historical involvement with Services and add Contact Records to our system.

The information they will be reading is highly sensitive and can be, at times, distressing. Accuracy is key to this role, as is confidentiality.

You will ideally be able to self-motivate and work in relative isolation as the other clerical staff in the team work from home.

The team work 8am-8pm and we would welcome applicants who wanted to cover the latter part of the day from 10am-6pm or 12noon-8pm

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
