Childcare Paralegal (Hybrid) needed in Wolverhampton, Β£25ph PAYE β Reference: 7069
- Assisting/Supporting solicitors on tasks on public law cases including taking instructions
- Drafting court applications and pleadings
- Preparing and reviewing documents, statements and orders for the purpose of court proceedings
- Liaising with 3rd party agencies to obtain evidence
- Filing and serving documents
- Providing advice where necessary
- Undertaking legal research
- Instructing Counsel and negotiating fees.
- Preparing Bundles
- Independently holding a caseload of private law matters and requests for information
- Case management systems (ideally IKEN) and IT systems inc HMCTS Portal
- Active involvement in client care and business development
- Able to attend the office twice a week
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
