Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high‐quality pension fund accounting and investment services, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and effective stewardship of assets.
  • They will drive service improvements through strong analytical skills, sound decision‐making and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage complex workloads.
  • They will build productive relationships with investment managers, advisers, auditors and wider partners, supporting informed decision‐making through clear, confident communication.
  • They will provide expert guidance on investment strategy, governance, climate‐related disclosures and regulatory requirements, while motivating and developing their team to deliver an efficient, customer‐focused service.
