Are you looking to grow your IT career within a large-scale enterprise environment? We're seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy and supportive team providing first-line IT support to thousands of users.
You'll be the first point of contact for IT queries, troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, software, mobile devices and networking. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure a high level of customer service and efficient resolution of incidents.
Desirable experience
- 1-2 years' experience in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk or Technical Support role
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint and Exchange
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
This is a full time and part time role on a temporary contract basis.
