Admin Officer needed in Chichester. The rate is £13.26ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. Reporting to the Head of Pensions, you will provide a stakeholder focused and efficient administrative service, prioritising your daily tasks in accordance with team requirements and service objectives.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative tasks to a high standard of quality within agreed timescales. These are likely to include tasks such as:
- Data entry
- Filing
- Arranging meetings and sending agendas
- Collating information
- Updating spreadsheets
- Formatting documents
You may be asked to work at a designated office, provide support remotely or work flexibly across the office hubs, dependent on service needs. You'll be a great team player who can build and maintain good working relationships and who can communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing. You will be organised, able to prioritise work and deliver on deadlines.
With your focus on accuracy and attention to detail you will have strong core administrative / office skills. Being both adaptable and flexible, you will enjoy the challenge this role will give you to meet service needs, where you will be able to work well in changing situations and embrace new ways of working positively and effectively.
