Prosecutions Solicitor needed in Cardiff. This is a temporary contract paying £25.00ph PAYE. The successful candidate will be those of a litigation solicitor, with an emphasis on criminal regulatory prosecutions, but may also include the ability to get involved with other areas of work relating to litigation, subject to the applicant’s experience, career interests, and workload capacity.

The role includes:

  • Giving advice in relation to technical areas of criminal law, policy, governance, and the functions;
  • Conducting litigation;
  • Where necessary and appropriate appearing as advocate in Court.
