- The successful candidate will scope and analyse delivery models used by other Local Authorities in Wales and England.
- They will adapt best practice approaches to complement an existing model.
- They will engage with potential Flying Start childcare providers to understand what works for them.
- They will review the current model and ensure all non-negotiable elements remain in place by developing a robust delivery model that meets statutory requirements and supports sustainability.
