Business Support Assistant needed in Usk

The rate is £13.69ph PAYE

The reference number is: OR11065

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to social work teams, ensuring the timely and professional handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, mail merges, and verbal communications. The post holder is responsible for maintaining accurate and secure storage of both paper and electronic records, and for gathering and copying information in response to Data Protection Subject Access Requests (DSARs). They will support meetings through general minute taking, which may occasionally require travel across or outside the county.

Key duties include routine administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, booking rooms, and arranging transport and accommodation. The role also involves validating and updating databases, particularly during system transitions, as well as coordinating meetings, managing diaries, sending invites, and distributing minutes.
