Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational oversight of the ASC Business Hub, ensuring effective governance, performance, and customer‑focused support.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Business Hub team, ensuring capacity, capability, wellbeing and high performance.
- Act as departmental lead for key corporate areas, including the ASC risk register, and ensure risks are identified, mitigated, reviewed and reported appropriately.
- Lead on business continuity planning, oversee staffing structures, workforce planning and resource alignment to support service priorities and transformation.
- Provide assurance to senior leaders on business management, compliance and delivery against ASC priorities.
