Business Manager needed in Remote Paying £25.54 per hr ref 000B 3653 / 1 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for collection and recovery services.
Drive improvements in collection performance and income recovery outcomes.
Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve service objectives and performance targets.
Oversee the management of Council Tax, Business Rates, Accounts Receivable, Sundry Debt and/or Adult Social Care debt collection activities.
Analyse performance data, identify trends and implement effective improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and best practice.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient and customer-focused services.
Support transformation, change and continuous improvement programmes.
