Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via the Service Desk, offering excellent customer service.
- Log, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to Technical Analysts where appropriate.
- Carry out hardware commissioning and decommissioning (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
- Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, and related applications.
- Assist with the setup of user accounts, equipment, and system access.
- Maintain accurate records in line with ITIL-based service management processes.
- Support the delivery of Digital, Data and Technology services across the organisation.
