Building Surveyor - Capital Programmes needed in Manchester. This is a temporary role and the rate is £40.00ph PAYE.
The successful candidate will undertake a lead consultant role on complex technical, procedural, and legislative matters in a professional, customer focused, specialist technical service which enables the delivery of organisational objectives and provides a high-quality service to customers in line with both internal guidelines, policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
They will lead and have accountability for the delivery of a range of technical projects, initiatives or work packages that comply with relevant legislation and help achieve corporate aims and objectives.
