Building and Fire Safety Project Manager needed in Westminster. The rate is £327.44 per day PAYE. This is a temporary role.
The successful candidate will lead on building safety improvements, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance at every stage of the project lifecycle. They will deliver building and fire safety projects from initiation through to completion and will ensure compliance with building safety, fire safety, and housing safety legislation (including the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Act).
- Lead on risk identification, mitigation, and reporting across the building portfolio.
- Coordinate safety-related inspections, remedial works, and reporting.
