Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the delivery of capital investment programmes.
- Manage Section 106 funding from feasibility through to completion.
- Oversee contractor performance and project delivery.
- Support Green Flag standard improvements across parks and open spaces.
- Contribute to funding bids and service development strategies.
- Support the planning and delivery of community events and play schemes.
- Engage with councillors, residents, and external partners.
- Use feedback and consultation to improve services and participation.
