Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business leads to drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Track interdependencies and ensure effective collaboration across projects.
- Support senior leaders acting as project sponsors, enabling them to remove barriers and maintain accountability.
- Identify resource gaps, emerging risks, and escalation needs to senior managers or governance boards.
- Develop and share key project updates, messages, and progress reports with stakeholders.
- Organise agendas for team meetings, supplier sessions, and project discussions.
- Coordinate engagement activities and meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, budgets, KPIs, and reporting to senior leaders and elected members.
