Provide strategic leadership for Housing Property, Investment and Asset Services to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality and energy-efficient homes.

Lead the stewardship and optimisation of the Council’s housing and property assets, delivering sound financial, environmental and social returns over the long term.

Drive a data‑led, whole‑life approach to housing property services, from planning and construction through occupation, maintenance and renewal.

Ensure property services deliver excellent value for money, high resident satisfaction and full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Lead the development and delivery of capital investment, maintenance and building safety programmes aligned to the HRA Business Plan.
