The Opportunity: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play an active part in the day-to-day smooth running of the Venues Team operations across three venues. Our Venues are available to hire for meetings, conferences, events and weddings. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up rooms as per the customer’s requirements, identifying customer needs and building customer relationships to ensure the best customer experience.
Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00
Working Days: Wednesday & Friday – overtime available.
