Key Responsibilities
- Lead the support and development of enterprise‑scale network and security infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain Cisco‑based technologies including ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA and Firepower.
- Support WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, telephony and cloud connectivity services.
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, implementations and technical refresh programmes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point for the wider team.
- Contribute to regional and national IT projects supporting frontline policing.
- Ensure systems meet performance targets, security requirements and service levels.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards and procedures.
