HR Advisor needed in Bournemouth. This is a temporary role and the rate is £20.29ph PAYE. The successful candidate will deliver employee relations casework with the support of more senior HR professionals to enable managers to manage their people resources effectively.

They will resolve queries from internal customers providing information on complex processes and the related policies for all aspects of employee relations (including absence management, grievance, disciplinary, and performance management), escalating case work where appropriate to more senior colleagues.

They will provide on the job training, mentoring and guidance to managers / other HR staff to ensure they are able to develop the necessary skills to manage their role effectively and will build effective working relationships within BCP / school to enable the delivery of high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
