The successful candidate will assist in the accurate preparation and maintenance of budgets, undertake regular, timely and accurate monitoring of specific service areas of the Department’s Revenue Budget to enable appropriate control and review of financial performance throughout the year. They will provide advice to, and liaise with, a range of budget holders across the Department, ensuring optimal use of financial resources and will develop, maintain and provide, in conjunction with Senior Managers in the service area, a range of financial information for budget holders including unit costs and budget monitoring information.
