The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of housing estates and communal areas within a designated neighbourhood. They will carry out routine inspections, respond promptly to environmental issues, and ensure that shared spaces such as stairwells, bin stores, and external grounds are clean, secure, and welcoming. Acting as a visible and approachable presence on the estate, they will liaise with residents, report repairs, and support wider neighbourhood services to uphold high standards and promote community wellbeing.
