Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair commercial plumbing systems and associated pipework.
Diagnose and rectify faults on hot and cold water systems.
Carry out repairs to sanitaryware, taps, toilets, urinals, showers and drainage systems.
Install and maintain boosted water systems, expansion vessels and water storage tanks.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
Conduct system inspections and identify defects or improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Water Regulations, Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
Complete job sheets, service reports and compliance documentation accurately.
