Draft, negotiate and complete s106, s38, s278 agreements and any other agreement and licences relating to planning and highways matters. Advise on all matters relating to planning and highways matters. Lead, manage and supervise a team of contract lawyers, planning lawyers and property lawyers. Positively contribute as a member of the Legal Services Management Team. Conduct member training. Attend and advise at planning committee and any other council committees, as necessary. Deputise for the client's Monitoring Officer including attending high level meetings. Progress the client’s various corporate agenda.
