Job Description Asbestos Surveyor needed in Wiltshire Paying £13.68 per hr ref 5300307Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities Conduct Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys within domestic dwellings.

Identify, assess, and record asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in accordance with industry standards and legislation.

Produce accurate survey reports and maintain detailed records.

Upload and manage survey information using asset management systems and databases.

Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, clients, and colleagues.

Work in accordance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and best practice guidance.

Support the ongoing management of asbestos risks across the property portfolio.
