Administrator needed in Rhyl, Β£12.65ph PAYE – Reference: OR8737

β€’ Provide general administrative and financial support to the department/service.
β€’ Undertake reception and/or greeting duties, answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries.
β€’ Provide routine clerical support . photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, completing routine forms
β€’ Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems, following instruction, as deemed appropriate to level, experience and client database task grading;
β€’ Undertake copy-typing and word-processing of routine documents and other IT based tasks under supervision
β€’ Sort and distribute mail
β€’ Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required
β€’ Assist in maintaining the office stationery supplies and keeping the stock room tidy
β€’ Organise meetings (including booking rooms, making travel / accommodation arrangements etc)
β€’ Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
β€’ Provide cover for colleagues on comparable grade during periods of absences due to holidays, sickness and other unforeseen events

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
