Administrator needed in Wakefield, £13.26ph PAYE - Reference: 000A B175 / 1 to join the Safeguarding and Reviewing Unit Administration Team within the Children and Young People’s Service. Based in Castleford, the post holder will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Independent Reviewing Officers and will need to be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, using their own initiative whilst working as part of a team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Live minute taking of reviews/meetings and distribution of same to attendees post event
  • Electronic diary management
  • Sending out meeting invitations
  • Data input using Microsoft Office as well as our dedicated social care recording system
  • Dealing with enquiries from the public and internal/external professionals both on the telephone and face to face

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
