Stock Condition Surveyor needed in Gosport, £27.40ph PAYE - Reference: Stock Condition Surveyors will preferably be working from the office at least 3 days a week, with potential for the other 2 working from home provided this enables fulfilment of duties in a timely and professional manner.
Over 3,000 housing units of varying style, build and size. It is a geographically small borough and therefore most properties are within a very short drive from the office.
The Property Services team is currently responding to a surge in demand from various sources, not least of which is the need to record the individual condition of all of its HRA properties.
Stock condition surveyors to join our Property Services team ideally with good building surveying knowledge, HHSRS qualification and relevant experience. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
