Key Responsibilities
- Fire Safety Compliance & Remediation: Support the delivery of fire safety compliance across residential and/or commercial properties. Review fire risk assessments (FRAs) and ensure actions are effectively tracked, prioritised, and completed. Assist in coordinating remedial works arising from fire safety inspections and audits.
- Technical Support & Oversight: Work with contractors and internal stakeholders to implement fire safety improvements. Monitor works to ensure compliance with specifications, relevant legislation, and best practice. Support inspections and audits to benchmark fire safety standards across the portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and external partners to ensure a consistent approach to fire safety. Provide technical advice and guidance where required. Help promote awareness of fire safety responsibilities across teams.
- Compliance & Assurance: Contribute to the development and monitoring of fire safety compliance frameworks. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained (FRAs, compliance logs, certifications). Support internal audits, reporting processes, and performance tracking.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement across the portfolio. Support the development of policies, procedures, and guidance related to fire safety. Contribute to building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
