Temporary Independent Living Manager needed in Warwick, £23.92ph PAYE - Reference: To manage the delivery of housing support services to vulnerable and elderly customers to achieve excellent service delivery and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Lifeline Service, delivering services to vulnerable and elderly customers both within properties and the wider area.
- Leading, managing and supporting a team of staff, ensuring that the 24/7 workloads are being managed.
- Providing guidance and support on procedural, policy and legal matters and making key decisions on operational issues.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for service development, including new technologies or improved business processes.
- Researching and developing the Lifeline Service and monitoring arrangements for clients.
- Leading promotional and marketing activity plans to increase awareness of the services available to the community.
- Developing internal KPIs to ensure all aspects of Lifeline are working effectively.
- Engaging with customers to gain feedback and improve the service.
- Managing delegated capital and revenue budgets for the service area.
- Monitoring and managing external contracts and ensuring adherence to procurement protocols and procedures.
