The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.
This role will ensure that governance processes are robust, risks are effectively managed, and strategic objectives are delivered in line with agreed standards.
- Corporate Performance Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data. Ensure alignment with agreed corporate objectives and delivery of the Plan. Coordinate public performance reporting twice a year and develop reports to track progress against long-term vision.
- Risk Management: Manage the client's approach to strategic risk, including maintaining and reviewing the Strategic Risk Register. Identify and assess risks associated with corporate performance and governance processes. Provide assurance that risk management practices meet required standards.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance and related frameworks. Support the development of the Annual Governance Statement. Maintain corporate assurance processes and audit readiness.
- Leadership: Manage and support a small team (2 direct reports) to deliver performance and risk objectives. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
