Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Housing Management System for all tenancy and property changes.
- Manage rent debits, including annual rent increases and technical adjustments.
- Ensure data accuracy through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Process and record financial transactions, including sundry accounts and backdated adjustments.
- Administer payment card systems and manage Direct Debit processes.
- Notify tenants and agencies of changes to rent, charges, and allowances.
