Rent Accounting and Finance Officer needed in Harrow Paying £20.74 per hr ref 5276038

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Housing Management System for all tenancy and property changes.
  • Manage rent debits, including annual rent increases and technical adjustments.
  • Ensure data accuracy through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Process and record financial transactions, including sundry accounts and backdated adjustments.
  • Administer payment card systems and manage Direct Debit processes.
  • Notify tenants and agencies of changes to rent, charges, and allowances.
