PT Activities Coordinator needed in Redditch. Paying £12.21 per hr. Full time hours on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage and support volunteers to ensure a positive impact on tenants, relatives and staff.
- Assist volunteers in delivering activities, outings and engagement opportunities for tenants.
- Maintain accurate paperwork, filing systems and databases relating to volunteers and volunteering initiatives.
- Support the delivery and administration of engagement activities.
- Assist in coordinating volunteer events such as launch sessions, celebrations and graduation events.
- Help gather tenant feedback, including speaking with tenants about the kinds of activities they would like to participate in.
- Actively contribute to safeguarding by identifying and responding to any concerns appropriately.
