PT Activities Coordinator needed in Redditch. Paying £12.21 per hr. Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage and support volunteers to ensure a positive impact on tenants, relatives and staff.
  • Assist volunteers in delivering activities, outings and engagement opportunities for tenants.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, filing systems and databases relating to volunteers and volunteering initiatives.
  • Support the delivery and administration of engagement activities.
  • Assist in coordinating volunteer events such as launch sessions, celebrations and graduation events.
  • Help gather tenant feedback, including speaking with tenants about the kinds of activities they would like to participate in.
  • Actively contribute to safeguarding by identifying and responding to any concerns appropriately.
