Key Responsibilities
- Data & Analysis
- Lead the collection, collation, and validation of workforce, pay, and related datasets to support equal pay claims.
- Match and review data from multiple sources to support comparator analysis and evidential requirements.
- Cleanse and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Prepare data to support financial modelling, including scenario and cost impact analysis.
- Produce data summaries, schedules, and supporting materials for legal, financial, and management use.
- Project & Stakeholder Support
- Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including council services, Legal, schools, and payroll providers.
- Resolve data queries, gaps, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all stakeholders have clear, accurate, and up-to-date information.
- Governance & Compliance
- Maintain secure, well-structured data storage, including version control and audit trails.
- Ensure full compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and information governance requirements.
