Principal Property Surveyor needed in Cambridge. This is a temporary contract initially paying £23.70ph PAYE.
The successful candidate will pro-actively manage and undertake general asset management and valuations of land and property holdings, including the commercial investment and corporate portfolios. They will drive the performance of the commercial investment portfolio to maximise income, capital, redevelopment and investment opportunities and to ensure that the commercial investment portfolio is well managed, maintained and competitive in the market.
