Working within a busy Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Team, this post will play a significant role in ensuring the right infrastructure is secured and delivered to support growth, in line with the projects identified in the Client's Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP).
Responsibilities:
- Managing the programming and delivery of projects and programmes listed in the Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP).
- Contributing to the delivery of circa £300m of infrastructure project/programme commitments.
- Supporting the systems which store all the financial and project data in relation to the £300m project/programme commitments; this includes the input of data and data analysis.
- Working on the review of the Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) and Charging Schedule processes. This includes the relevant statutory consultation process and obligations and document preparation.
- Facilitating and servicing the governance (decision‑making) processes for infrastructure planning and delivery; including managing meetings and relevant documentation.
- Preparing income forecasting reports (relating to developer contributions), to assist the Team Leader in securing funding to support the Infrastructure Planning Team.
- Promoting the image of the team, both internally and externally to the Client.
