  • Complete high‑quality assessments, intervention plans, and risk/safeguarding assessments.
  • Deliver evidence‑based interventions aimed at reducing reoffending and improving life chances.
  • Work closely with families, schools, social care, police, courts, and partner agencies.
  • Prepare and present reports to courts and professional meetings.
  • Promote engagement, attendance, and positive behaviour among young people.
  • Ensure all work complies with statutory guidance, national standards, and local policies.
