- Manage a caseload of young people subject to Out‑of‑Court Disposals, community orders, pre‑sentence reports, or bail/remand support.
- Complete high‑quality assessments, intervention plans, and risk/safeguarding assessments.
- Deliver evidence‑based interventions aimed at reducing reoffending and improving life chances.
- Work closely with families, schools, social care, police, courts, and partner agencies.
- Prepare and present reports to courts and professional meetings.
- Promote engagement, attendance, and positive behaviour among young people.
- Ensure all work complies with statutory guidance, national standards, and local policies.
