Overview
Civil litigation judicial Senior Lawyer needed, £40.3ph PAYE - Reference: RQ.
Responsibilities:
- Representing the Council in criminal prosecutions and other proceedings in the Magistrates' Court, as well as proceedings involving the Council before the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
- Attend Licensing committees as required and advising panel members.
- Advising client departments, primarily regulatory enforcement areas.
- Supervising a small number of unqualified colleagues will be required.
Contract:
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
